Settlement Agreements

Bridge Employment Solicitors Ltd regularly advise Employers wishing to end employment relationships with Employees for a variety of reasons. Irrespective of the reasons for an employment relationship ending, an Employer will want to ensure finality and avoid the risk of an Employee raising legal proceedings in an employment tribunal or civil court. Providing an Employee with a Settlement Agreement ensures this.

We can advise on and draft a suitable Settlement Agreement if an Employee agrees to bring their employment relationship to an end.

We can also advise Employers who wish to instigate sensitive discussions with an Employee about ending an employment relationship and conducting without prejudice or protected conversations.

If you wish to contact Bridge Employment Solicitors Ltd about a Settlement Agreement for one of your Employees, please fill out the enquiry form below or call us on 0141 429 2181.
